Transition Town Jericho hosts a further exploration and conversation around food hubs with speaker Jon Ramsay, executive director of the Center for an Agricultural Economy (CAE) in Hardwick.
Held at the Jericho Community Center on Feb. 20, 2023, Jon provides an overview of CAE's multiple food hub enterprises which include, processing, distribution, food access and the VT Food Venture Center, which CAE owns and operates; a shared- use food hub and business incubator for food entrepreneurs and farmers who want to grow their business.
